That's funny! I wrote that comment at like 3am before I left for work! I don't remember posting my name though... meh! The whole situation seems a little silly - why not fight for better education or health care, affordable housing or a living wage?! I wonder if people are truly more concerned with their children's safety - or their own belongings - the majority of offenders who end up in halfway houses are not in there for violent offences, but rather property crimes.

i have friends who moved to Bend earlier this year, though not to live in "the Shire" as far as I know. I never noticed if they had hairy feet...
